Robot Extravaganza: A combination of our favorite robotics sessions for children in grades 3-5. In this program, children will begin explore robotics as they build various models utilizing LEGO® WeDo 2.0. With a partner they will use sensors, gears, axles and other mechanical components to build their robot. Connecting a tablet with Bluetooth enables experimenting with different coding ideas. A great experience in engineering design and fun solving practical robotic challenges. Your student will be challenged in fun ways that will captivate their interests and grow their technical skills. Groups will be formed based on age and the builds will be selected from a combination of our GameBots, Space Wars and Incredible Inventions programs.
Fun with Engineering: A perfect opportunity to put those inquisitive, problem-solving, LEGO® loving traits to work. Snapology’s developing engineers program gives your child the tools they need to understand mechanical movement through the foundations of simple machines, physics, and engineering design. They will see moving parts up-close as they follow instructions to build various machines, then use the models to develop new design ideas, test out physics concepts, and even play games with their partners and classmates. Whether they are the creative-constructive type or prefer the inquisitive-deconstructive way of learning, this program is sure to spark their interests
