The Mini Stix Field Hockey program is designed to introduce field hockey in a fun and supportive environment.  Programs are for the beginner to intermediate player.  Each practice session includes basic fundamental skills, game play and fun competition.  Skills will focus on passing, receiving, positioning, goal scoring, offensive and defensive techniques.  Indoor field hockey stick strongly suggested.
