Our league is affiliated with the National Hockey League; promoting teamwork, sportsmanship, and physical fitness while providing a fun and supportive environment for young athletes.Program Highlights: Age Groups: Open to participants aged 5-14. Skill Development: Focus on fundamental skills including stick handling, passing, shooting, and defense. Tailored coaching ensures each player improves at their own pace. Team Play: Participants will be organized into teams, fostering a sense of camaraderie and encouraging friendships both on and off the court. Game Format: Fast-paced street hockey games held weekly, with an emphasis on fair play and respect for opponents. Coaching Staff: Jack Geromini and our experienced high school coaches dedicated to mentoring young players and creating a positive atmosphere. Indoor field hockey stick strongly suggested.

LEARN TO PLAY:Faster paced introduction to pickleball, covering the basic strokes, rules, how to keep score and basic strategy, all in a single 2 hour session.  This session is best for players with a strong racquet sports background (tennis, badminton, etc.) who already have a good understanding of body mechanics and proper groundstroke technique or for those who have played pickleball in the past but would like a refresher.LEARN TO PLAY II:This class builds on the fundamentals of pickleball with a focus on developing consistency, footwork, and smart court positioning. Players will practice all core shots while reviewing and expanding basic strategies, with an emphasis on transitioning to the net and making effective shot selections once there. Participants should be comfortable keeping score, understand the basic shots and strategies, and have some game-play experience to get the most out of this session.

Over the past few years, we've started running 3v3 Basketball Tournaments during days off from school and during school vacation weeks. These tournaments are Co-ed and are all day tournaments. The tournaments are a drop off program. Each tournament consist of pool play in the morning, and then single elimination in the afternoon after our lunch break. Players are allowed and encouraged to bring a lunch with them.

Designed for children to learn about and enjoy the sport of track & field.  Each week we will start with warm up drills designed to prevent injury and promote good running form, after which we will perform our run workout of the week.  Children will learn different track events as well as long jump, shot put and hurdles.  We will participate as a team in a few indoor track meets during the season.

Do you have a 2 - 3.5 year old who wishes they could go to school?  Let your preschooler enjoy some independence and socialization with peers in this preschool curriculum based drop off class taught by two certified teachers.  This 1.5 hour class is a great transitioning first step before preschool and longer drop off activities.  Please pack a nut free snack and send a labeled sippy cup for your child.  Please note that our instructors do not change diapers and will call if your child needs to be changed.Instructors:  Nicole Nesbit and Kerry LeBlanc

Our league is affiliated with the National Hockey League; promoting teamwork, sportsmanship, and physical fitness while providing a fun and supportive environment for young athletes.Program Highlights: Age Groups: Open to participants aged 5-14. Skill Development: Focus on fundamental skills including stick handling, passing, shooting, and defense. Tailored coaching ensures each player improves at their own pace. Team Play: Participants will be organized into teams, fostering a sense of camaraderie and encouraging friendships both on and off the court. Game Format: Fast-paced street hockey games held weekly, with an emphasis on fair play and respect for opponents. Coaching Staff: Jack Geromini and our experienced high school coaches dedicated to mentoring young players and creating a positive atmosphere.
